You will be surrounded by spectacular desert beauty, as you forge your way through the heart of gold and Indian country. You will explore the ruins of an abandoned mining town from the 1880s, cross-rivers and creeks and climb to an old Indian Fortress. High on a flat top hill, you can see how the Indians used to live and defend their homes, women and children from hostile predators, man or beast. Your guide will recreate a historic time gone by. Hotel Pick Up and Pick Up Time:

Complimentary Hotel Pick up from Limited Phoenix and Scottsdale Hotels. Pick up time is generally between 7:00am - 8:00am.

Pick up time will be provided upon confirmation. The guide will meet you at the front lobby door of your hotel. Pick up is not provided from Private Residences. It is our policy to pick up only at a hotel or other public place for safety and insurance purposes. We will make every effort to find a hotel very near your home to meet us for your tour.

 

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 48hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged 50% of the total cost. We charge 100% for NO SHOWS. If you wish to re-schedule, please do so prior to 48 Hours of your tour date. There is no penatly for re-scheduling outside 48 Hours.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.

Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
