Some of our favorite stops include the Sugar Bowl in Old Town Scottsdale or The Farm At South Mountain. The Farm is a real working farm at the base of South Mountain that dates back to the 1920's. Lunch is included in our tour and we always choose a unique Arizona location, something that you won't find back home. Lunch is served under the Pecan trees.

The City tour can include many different locations, some of the most popular are: Downtown Phoenix, home to the Historic Capital building, the Phoenix Suns and the Arizona Diamondbacks. Old Town Scottsdale, where our guests get a chance to walk around and explore the shops and galleries.

South Mountain Park: This is the largest municipal park on earth, over 17 miles long and a great chance to see the sonoran desert with a birds-eye view of the city.

Biltmore-Paradise Valley Neighborhoods: Multi-million dollar homes abound in the neighborhood between Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain.

Central Corridor, Skyscrapers, Stadiums, Historic Capital: This is the heart of the Phoenix metro area, all of the valley's skyscrapers, the Historic Capital building and the home of the Phoenix Suns and the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Old Town Scottsdale: We give our guests a chance to walk around Old Town's shops and galleries, to explore on their own for a little while.

Hotel Pick Up and Pick Up Time:

Pick up time is generally between 9:30am - 10:30am. Our office will call you directly the evening prior to your tour. If you are not in, a message will be left on voicemail or at the front desk for you to call us. If the confirmation message is not received or is unclear, please contact our office. Make sure your watch is set to Arizona time. If for some reason you have not received your pickup time, please call us. All necessary telephone numbers will be provided upon confirmation. Pick up is not provided from Private Residences. Every effort will be made to recommend a hotel very near your home to meet us for your tour.

 

Vehicle Information:

We tour and explore the entire Southwest in small groups of 6-10 guests, and visit locations and attractions that the big tour buses only wish they could. Our unique vans allow you to experience the real Southwest in complete comfort, on dirt roads as well as paved. Our custom seating format with 10 leather captain's chairs offers the most comfortable ride in the business. Each guided tour is a personalized adventure and no tour company does it better. Anything you bring should be able to fit under your seat for the comfort and safety of everyone on board.

 

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 48hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged $10 per person cancellation fee. We charge 100% for NO SHOWS. If you wish to re-schedule, please do so prior to 48 Hours of your tour date. There is no penatly for re-scheduling outside 48 Hours.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.

Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
