January - December: Daily at 8:00am and 2:00pm

 

Hotel Pick Up and Pick Up Time:

Pick up time is generally between the hour prior to the tour time.  Complimentary Hotel Pick Up is offered from most Phoenix and Scottsdale Hotel. Pick up is not provided from Private Residences. The guide will meet you at the front lobby door of your hotel.

 

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 48hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged a $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for NO SHOWS. If you wish to re-schedule, please do so prior to 48 Hours of your tour date. There is no penatly for re-scheduling outside 48 Hours.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.

Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
